May 8, 2025 PUBLIC NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING _______________________________________________________________________________ RE: Conditional Use Permit application for 3151 Poppy Lane, Daniel, UT 84032 NOTICE is hereby given that the Daniel Town Planning Commission has received a Conditional Use Permit application from Chip Polvoorde/Grace Chubb for a barn addition at 3151 Poppy Lane. The above hearing will be held at the Wasatch County Services Building located at 55 South 500 East, Conference Room B, Heber City, Utah, as part of the regular monthly Daniel Town Planning Commission meeting on, Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 7:00 PM. This is an open meeting in which you will have the opportunity to voice concerns or ask questions about the proposal. Notice of this public hearing is also posted on the Daniel Town website (www.danielutah.org), the Utah Public Notice website, and has been published in The Wasatch Wave. This notice has also been sent to property owners within 500' of the subject property. Please share this notice with any other property owners who may be interested. If you cannot attend the meeting but would still like your comments to be included as part of the record of the hearing, please send your written comments by email to clerk@danielutah.org or mail them to the above address.
