Description/Agenda: Public Hearing - Property Exchanges In accordance with Utah Code 10-8-2(4) and MSMC 03.20.035, the City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., in the Marriott-Slaterville City Legislative Chambers located at 1570 West 400 North, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah. The City Council will take public comment in support and opposition to a proposal to adjust the boundaries for various Parcels owned by the City and various private parcels part of the 1700 South and Pioneer Road Reconstruction Projects, including: 956 W 1700 South for Parcel 121020025; and approximately 2247 W. Pioneer Road for Parcels 150300083 and 150300108. Individuals requiring special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) should notify the City Recorder at 801-627-1919 at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
