- PUBLIC HEARING The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 12th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Francis City Hall 2317 So. Spring Hollow Rd. Francis. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss, with possible approval, the Amended City Budget for 2024-2025, and the Tentative City Budget for the year 2025-2026. Comments on the Amended Budget and the Tentative Budget may be made at the public hearing or submitted in writing to Suzanne Gillett, Francis City Recorder prior to 3:30 p.m. on the day of the public hearing or by email to comments@francisutah.org. The public may also view the meeting via the YouTube link below. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-9wahpEELShvGQZShXGIXg In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, Individuals needing special accommodations for this meeting should notify Suzanne Gillett at 435-280-4040 at least 3days prior to this meeting.
