Notice of 2025 Municipal Election Cedarview-Montwell Special Service District In accordance with Utah Code§ UCA 10-3-301 (2)(a), Cedarview-Montwell Special Service District hereby provides notice of the upcoming 2025 Municipal Election: Election Dates: - Primary Election (if necessary): Tuesday, August 12, 2025 - General Election: Tuesday, November 4, 2025 Offices to Be Filled: - Board Member (4-year term) - Board Member (4-year term) - Board Member (4-year term) Candidate Filing Period: The period for filing a Declaration of Candidacy will be from Monday, June 2, 2025, through Friday, June 6, 2025, during regular business hours. Declaration of Candidacy: Qualified individuals must file in person at the Cedarview-Montwell Special Service District located at: Cedarview-Montwell Special Service District Office, 270 North 500 West, Roosevelt, Utah, Tuesday through Thursday, 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. Eligibility Requirements: Candidates must be: - A United States citizen - A registered voter of Cedarview-Montwell Special Service District - A resident of Cedarview-Montwell Special Service District for at least 12 consecutive months prior to the election.
