- Midway City Planning Commission Regular Meeting May 13, 2025 Notice is hereby given that the Midway City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting at 6:00 p.m., May 13, 2025, at the Midway City Community Center 160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah. If you would like to attend via Zoom (barring any technical issues that would make Zoom unavailable), you can find the link here: http://www.midwaycityut.org. 6:00 P.M. Regular Meeting - Liaison Report - staff reports to the Planning Commission regarding land use related items in Midway and the surrounding area. Call to Order - Welcome and Introductions; Opening Remarks or Invocation; Pledge of Allegiance. Regular Business 1. Review and possibly approve the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of April 8, 2025 2. Amendment of Midway City Code Chapter 16.16: Planned Unit Developments & Standard Subdivisions and Chapter 16.17: Small Subdivisions, to reduce allowed density for subdivisions that do not require open space. The proposed amendment will require lots to be 15% larger than the minimum allowed when there is not an open space requirement. a. Discussion of the proposed code text amendment b. Public Hearing c. Possible recommendation to the City Council.
