Description/Agenda: MIDVALE CITY PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that during a City Council meeting on May 6, 2025, the Midvale City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2025-O-06 An Ordinance Amending Section 17-7-7.2 of the Midvale City Municipal Code Fixing Errors in the Use Table for Financial Institutions. Additionally, Amending Sections 17-7-7.2(A), 17-7-12.2(A) and 17-7-13.2(A) Fixing Errors in the Specific Use Standards for Medical Cannabis Pharmacies and Retail Tobacco Specialty Businesses, and Sections 17-7-7.8, 17-7-12.7 and 17-7-13.7 for Related Parking Standards.
