May 8th, 2025 The regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Trustees, Maeser Water Improvement District will be held at 1:00 P.M. May 8th, 2025 AGENDA: 1. Opening prayer. 2. Follow up May minutes: Taxing boundary change/annex Lease of Maeser water canal stock to the public 2025 water season Painted Hills Well iron removal project and funding 6. Report from staff: First quarter financial review: Meeting with Water Rights and river Commissioner Wells and flow data: 2nd quarter PFAS samples complete, Painted Hills Samples completed: Replaced water service across highway at 3227w 500n: 7. Water Right Committee: 8. Sewer board report: Board meeting report: 9. Safety: Heat Exhaustion Heat stroke staying hydrated. 10. New Business: Eric Pye water line extension request BLM public comment on proposal to improve access to Ashley Springs Via-Ferrata: Purchase new riding lawn mower Pending Letter of Support for Uintah Water Conservancy District's and Seven County Infrastructure Coalition's Joint FY 2026 Congressional Directed Spending Request for the Jensen Unit Pumping Plant - Phase I 11 Closed Session: Motion to go into closed session for the purpose of Purchase, exchange, and lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if such discussion discloses the value or prevents the district from completing a transaction on the best possible terms. 12. Review of bills paid from 04/01/2025 to 04/30/2025. 13. Adjourn.
