NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
2026 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET, MUNICIPAL FEE SCHEDULE, UTILITY RATES, AND ELECTED, APPOINTED, AND EXECUTIVE MUNICIPAL OFFICER COMPENSATION
Midvale City Council hereby gives notice that they will hold public hearings to consider adoption of the Midvale City Fiscal Year 2026 Budget beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026, salaries and increased compensation for Elected, Appointed, and Executive Municipal Officers of the City, the FY 2026 Midvale City Municipal Fee Schedule and utility rates. The public hearings will be held consecutively and are scheduled for Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 7505 S. Holden Street, Midvale, Utah. The tentative budget is available on the City's website for review Midvale.Utah.gov. A copy of the proposed FY 2026 Budget, the salaries for elected, appointed, and executive officers, employees, and other positions within the City, the increased compensation for Executive Municipal Officers, the proposed FY2026 Midvale City Municipal Fee Schedule, and proposed utility rates may be obtained from the City Recorder at 801-567-7207 or randreason@midvaleut.gov.
