Call to order: Mayor Alfred C. Bigelow Regular Council Meeting Agenda Items: 1. Discussion concerning CDBG funding for upgrades to the Senior Citizens Center. 2. Proposed Development Agreement for Foothills Subdivision and rezoning of approximately 17 acres of property near 600 East and 100 North from Residential 1 to Residential 3. 3. Financial Report and submission of 'Tentative Budget' for FY 2025-26. 4. Continuing Business. a. Review yard setbacks in the residential zones. b. Annexation request from Jeff Gallagher. c. Request to ease square footage and 2nd floor restrictions in 'Accessory Dwelling Unit' code (17.40.040). d. Historic Preservation Commission. e. Short-term rental ordinance. f. Inland Port project. 5. Councilmembers reports: Jen Christiansen Jeff Killian AJ Mower Mary Pipes Mary Wintch 6. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 7. Mayor Bigelow. 8. Consideration of approval for minutes of prior meeting. (April 30th Regular Meeting, May 2nd Work Meeting) 9. City Manager Kent Barton. 10. Closed Session - for discussion (if needed).
