The Planning Director has concluded to withdraw the certification issued on May 5, 2025, for the publication of Ordinance 033 of 2024, due to the Development Agreement associated with this ordinance being recorded with the Salt Lake County Recorder's office in error.
The Development Agreement associated with this ordinance was prematurely recorded, consequently, Ordinance 033 of 2024 was also prematurely published; therefore, the certification for the publication of Ordinance 033 of 2024 is hereby due to be withdrawn and the ordinance publication rescinded.

33 of 2024
The Salt Lake City Council at its May 7, 2024 meeting adopted an ordinance amending the zoning of properties at approximately 2760, 2800, and 2828 North 2200 West from AG-2 (Agricultural District) to M-1 (Light Manufacturing District). This ordinance includes properties of approximately 14.33 acres. Plans for future development were not submitted with these applications. Petitioner: Will Channell with OCC Industrial, who is under contract for the properties. Petition No.: PLNPCM2022-00699, PLNPCM2022-00700 and PLNPCM2022-00701.
