1. Welcome.
2. Review and approval of the May 28, 2024 meeting minutes.
3. Tentative budget presentation.
4. Public hearing to consider the proposed tentative budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
5. Consideration of Resolution 2025-01: Adopting a Tentative Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
6. Executive Director update and board member comments.
7. Adjourn. Next scheduled meeting: Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 3:30 pm.

By motion of a Board Member, the Board may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes allowed by law, Utah Code §§ 52-4-204, 52-4-205, 52-4-206.
