AGENDA
1. Welcome.
2. Elect new Board Chair.
3. Review and approval of the May 28, 2024 meeting minutes.
4. Tentative budget presentation.
5. Public hearing to consider the tentative budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
6. Consideration of Resolution 2025-01: Adopting a Tentative Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
7. Executive Director updates and board member comments.
8. Adjourn. The next scheduled meeting is Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 2:00 pm.

General public attendees will be able to join this meeting in person or after registration on the Zoom platform.
By motion of a Board Member, the Board may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes allowed by law, Utah Code §§ 52-4-204, 52-4-205, 52-4-206.
