West Warren-Warren Water Improvement District May 6, 2025, Board Meeting Agenda - Motion to open the meeting - Read and approve minutes from April 1, 2024 - Approval of 1st Quarter 2025 Financial Statements - Adopt Cross Connection Authority Statement - Approve Madsens' HVAC shop, Jim Flint possibly attending - Annexation and Feasibility Study Update, can we create a commercial rate? o Finalize an exact outline of the boundary changes for the annexation, please identify all additional parcels that need to be included. o Approval of cost for the annexation plan of up to $10,000 for Wasatch Civil + Attorney Fees o The Capital Facilities Plan we need to confirm which, if any, of the projects in the current plan need to stay in the plan and what additional big projects need to be added to the plan. o Approval of the cost of the Capital Facilities Plan of up to $20,000 for Wasatch Civil. - Randy to give update on April meetings with Weber County and Weber Basin - Begin list of improvements or future upgrades for the District - Tentative Work Session: Tues May 20th 7pm. Topic: Secondary Water - Approval of Checks and Bills, billing adjustments, delinquent accounts, financial officer to review purchase card statements. - Motion to adjourn the meeting
