IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: City Council Meeting Thursday, May 15, 2025 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing on the Planning Commission's recommendation to approve a Concurrent Map Amendment from LDR (Low-Density Residential) and HDR (High-Density Residential) to HDR land use, and RA-5 (Residential Agriculture minimum lot size 5 acres) and R-1-5 (Residential Single Family Minimum lot size 5,000 sq ft) zone to R-2-10 (Residential Two-Family District, minimum lot size 10,000 square feet) on approximately 10.69 acres Applicant/Owner: Louis Carnesale-Owner. American Land Consulting-Applicant Property Location: Approximately 800 West Old Highway 91 Contact: Rob Dalley, Building and Zoning Administrator, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard electronically, via email to City Recorder Kari D.
