- ORANGEVILLE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING Tuesday, May 6, 2025 7:00 PM PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN. The Planning and Zoning Commission of Orangeville City, Utah will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on May 6, 2025 at 7:00 pm to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. AGENDA Items to discuss, approve or deny: 1. Open Meeting 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of minutes of last meeting 4. Citizen's concerns (five minute time limit) 5. Business License - Brittany Richards 6. Property Annexation - McCoy Allred 7. Business License - Saddle Up Service Roadside Repair 8. Carpot - Steve Jeppson 9. Change license fees for solicitors 10. McKell France - Air BB 11. Joe Humphrey - Out of city water application 12. Short-term rental ordinance 13. Accessory Dwelling Units 14. Zoning Administrator report 15. City Council report In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, Individuals needing special accommodation (including Auxiliary aids and service) during the meeting should notify Orangeville City Hall at (435) 748-2651 at least 12 hours before the meeting.
