- LAKE POINT IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF ELECTION AND FILING PERIOD NOTICE is hereby given that Lake Point Improvement District will hold a municipal election to elect three (3) Board members for 4 year terms. Given a sufficient number of candidates, a primary election will be held on August 12, 2025 with the municipal general election being held on November 4, 2025. Qualifications for a candidate are: (1) Be a United States citizen at the time of filing; (2) Be a registered voter of the district; (3) Be a resident of the district or a resident of the recent annexed area for a period of 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the election. Qualified candidates may file a Declaration of candidacy form. The filing is to be done in person with the Board Secretary at Lake Point Improvement District, 1877 E Sunset Road, Lake Point, Utah. The filing period is from June 2, 2025 to June 6, 2025 during regular office hours and not later than 5:00 pm on the last day of filing.
