NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a Planned Development (PD) amendment to the Atkinville Interchange Area Zone Plan, Planned Development Commercial (PD-C) zone. The applicant is seeking approval of the design and site plan for a new bank of approximately 3,333 square feet and 20 feet in height. The request also includes changing the front building setback from 25 feet to 20 feet in the Mixed-Use planning areas of the Atkinville Interchange Area Zone Plan. The property is generally located at the southwest corner of Pioneer Road and Havasu Drive, in St. George, Utah. The applicant is PM Design Group, Inc., represented by Chuck Dougherty. The proposed project will be known as Chase Bank. Case No. 2025-PDA-015.
