- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Unified Police Department (UPD) will be holding a public hearing on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as practical, at Millcreek City Hall 1330 E. Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is: ADOPTION OF THE UPD 2025-2026 FY TENTATIVE BUDGET Public hearing to receive public input on the proposed UPD 2025-2026 FY Tentative Budget. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and make comments.
