CITY COUNCIL AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A REGULAR MEETING AT 7:00 PM ON MAY 6, 2025 AT CENTERVILLE CITY HALL, 250 NORTH MAIN STREET, CENTERVILLE, UTAH. Centerville City Council meetings are open to the public, unless otherwise closed for reasons allowed by law. Centerville City Council meetings may be conducted via electronic means pursuant to Utah Code § 52-4-207. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations due to a disability may contact the City Recorder at (801) 295-3477, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs or provide greater efficiency. Public Hearing - Public Street and Right-of-Way Vacation - North portion of Rolling Hills Drive - 350 East Rolling Hills Drive Consider Ordinance No. 2025-__ vacating the public street and right-of-way of a portion of Rolling Hills Drive located north of the intersection of 350 East and Rolling Hills Drive. 3. Amendment to Final Subdivision Plat Approval - Centerville Corporate Park Second Amended - 500 North Marketplace Drive Consider Amending the Conditions of Approval for the Final Subdivision Plat for Centerville Corporate Park Second Amended, as approved by the City Council on January 21, 2025 4. Personnel Policies Amendments - Registered Sex Offender Check for Youth Workers - CPP 3.070 Consider Resolution No. 2025-04 enacting Section 3.070 of the Centerville Personnel Policies regarding Registered Sex Offender Checks for employees and volunteers who are considered youth workers in accordance with SB 158 (2024) 5. Interlocal Agreement - Davis County Election Services - 2025 Municipal Elections Consider Interlocal Agreement with Davis County for Election Services for the 2025 Municipal Elections - Resolution No. 2025-05 6. 2025 Municipal Election - Polling Place and Voting Centers Consider Resolution No. 2025-06 approving the polling place and voting centers for the 2025 Municipal Elections F.
