- NOTICE OF MEETING The Roy City Planning Commission will be discussing potential amendments to the Roy City Annexation Policy Plan on Tuesday May 13, 2025, at 6:00 pm, in the City Council Chambers of the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy UT. AFFECTED ENTITIES ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE OR PROVIDE COMMENTS WITHIN 10 DAYS PROCEEDING THIS MEETING
