- Furnish all labor, equipment and materials required to remove and replace asphalt pavement, mill and overlay asphalt pavement, install storm drain pipe and structures, install concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, and drive approaches, and remove and replace 1' water service laterals. All work to be done according to plans, Payson City and APWA Standards and Specifications.
