Notice of Public Hearing - Town of Cedar Fort
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 13, 2025, the Town of Cedar Fort Planning Commission will hold an open Public Hearing on the following land use action:
Zone map amendment to areas North and West of S.R.-73. Amendments include an expansion of a 4-acre zone, expansion of a commercial zone, expansion of a 2-acre zone and adjustments to zone areas to follow parcel lines and/or sections lines.
The Cedar Fort Planning Commission will hear all persons in support of such matter or objections thereto during a public hearing to be held at 6:00 P.M., at the Community Center, located at 475 S 100 E, Cedar Fort, Utah 84013. For those unable to attend in person, written comment must be received one business day prior to the hearing and be mailed to the Town Office and addressed to the Planning Commission Chairman or via email at the email address listed below.
