C. Business:
1. Discussion and possible action to approve Ordinance No. 2025-03 an ordinance approving and adopting: (i) the 2025 La Verkin city culinary water master plan update, user rate analysis, impact fee analysis and impact fee facilities plan, (ii) an increase in municipal culinary water rates, and (iii)an increase in water impact fees.
2. Discussion and possible action to approve the Fields Condominium Conversion Project, separate tax ID numbers, subject to the terms of a possible Development Agreement.
