DRAPER CITY CORPORATION ENGINEERING DIVISION 1020 EAST PIONEER ROAD DRAPER, UTAH 84020 TELEPHONE: (801) 576-6546 FACSIMILE: (801) 576- 6388 www.draperutah.gov MAY 1, 2025 REQUEST FOR BIDS 2025 FULL DEPTH RECLAMATION AND STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT IN SOUTH MOUNTAIN PHASE 9 AND ON 700 E FROM WILLOW SPRINGS LN TO 12833 S 700 E The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform storm drain improvements, replace ADA ramps, mill the existing asphalt pavement, perform full depth reclamation of the remaining asphalt, base course, and any portion of the subgrade in two locations in the City; in the South Mountain Phase 9 subdivision as well as on 700 E and Willow Springs Lane as described in the project plans and specifications. The Public Notice is available at https://www.utah.gov/pmn/, and by calling Dillon Bliler at 801-576-6336, or in person at 1020 E Pioneer Rd Draper, Utah 84020. Bid documents and specifications will be posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P), PURCHASING.UTAH.GOV / Bonfire on or before THURSDAY, MAY 1ST, 2025 at 2:00 PM. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. The Engineering Division will receive electronic responses on PURCHASING.UTAH.GOV / Bonfire until 2:00 PM, TUESDAY, MAY 27TH, 2025. Responses received after this time will not be accepted. Responses will be opened by Draper City staff and will be promptly posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website within 24 hours of the above-stated time and date, with only the names of the firms submitting responses and their total bid amounts being presented. Preliminary bid results will be located within the Q&A section of the said project on U3P. Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically through U3P before 2:00 PM on THURSDAY, MAY 22ND, 2025. The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award by the City Council. Draper City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
