- Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments (SEUALG) dba Southeastern Regional Development Agency (SERDA) Rating and Ranking Committee met on March 27, 2025 to review CDBG applications submitted for the 2025 program year. The following is a list of project selected for funding and the funding amounts: Set-Asides: SEUALG/SERDA Admin and Planning: $50,000 SEUALG/SERDA Regional Planning: $50,000 SEUALG/SERDA Single Family Housing Rehab: $174,000 Funded projects from the Southeastern Region: Emery Town Multi-Use Building with ADA Restrooms at Town Park: $500,000 Grand County Arroyo Crossing Phase 2: $423,558 Green River Main Street Planning: $53,151 For questions or comments, please contact Korrin Olson at kolson@seualg.utah.gov or by phone at 435-613-0029.
