Notice is given that the Stockton Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting promptly at 7:00 pm in the Town Council Chambers at the Stockton Town Hall 18 N. Johnson Street, Stockton, Utah. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, any individual who may need special accommodations including auxiliary communicative and services during this meeting shall notify the Town Clerk at (435) 882-3877 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The order of Agenda Items may be changed if deemed appropriate by the Planning Commission. Time limits, if any listed for Agenda items are approximate and may be accelerated or delayed.

3. Approval of February minutes cannot approve, not a full quorum
4. Public Comments (3-5 minutes) Valerie Anderton 5 years ago, purchased property on Sheridan, then there was a moratorium, wants to pour cement, retaining wall and put modular. Needs to purchase water shares. No soil sample needed. Need engineered stamped drawings. Ensign came out 4 years ago to survey. Sunrise will need to look at it. impact fees do not include the water share cost. City hooks to the line, another hooks it to the house. Retaining wall needs to be 4ft or higher to get permit. 152 johnson may be an option, legal process going on. Water Share issue needs addressed.

6. Town Council report from February meeting. nothing to report
7. Cesar Montes, Building permit. 24x60 building to put up. Steve spoke to Cesar. Can we move forward, issue is court ordered to have trailer removed, before we grant permit. the whole structure needs to be removed first. Once moved we can discuss new permit. Court order 30 days to move, mayor will give 30 more days to remove or the city will remove it off property, will cost Montes to remove. Sheriff tried to deliver order to remove multiple times. Container also needs to be removed. Trailer is part of the new permit needed. New permit is adding the trailer.
Property dirt needs to be tested before building permit.
Go through Tooele county Health Dept. Need soil clean certificate. South east section of town is clean.
8. Council reports and assignments. Gary- take annual training open public meeting act. Utah state law requirement.
