TOWN OF LEVAN 2025 NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL ELECTION Public notice is hereby given that the following three positions are to be voted upon in the Levan Town 2025 Municipal Election: Mayor Councilmember 4-year term Councilmember 4-year term Declaration of Candidacy Filing Period: - The candidate filing period begins June 2, 2025, and ends at 5:00 PM on June 6, 2025 - Interested parties may declare their candidacy for an office in person between June 2nd and June 6th, 2025, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM, at the Levan Town Hall, located 20 N Main St. (please call for a Friday or after 12:30 PM appointment) QUALIFICATIONS: - Registered voter in Levan. - At least 18 years old. - Resident of Levan for 12 consecutive months immediately before the date of the election. - The person has not been convicted of a felony. Primary election to be held August 12, 2025 (if necessary). General election to be held November 4, 2025.
