- The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. to hear comments concerning an application from Kori and Justin Chutich, of 662 S 600 E, for a Kennel Conditional Use Permit, to keep three dogs. The hearing will be held at the River Heights City Building, located at 520 S 500 E. Written comments can be addressed to Commissioner Noel Cooley and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
