Description/Agenda: Call to order: Mayor Alfred C. Bigelow Council Work Meeting Agenda Item: 1. Discussion and consideration regarding a Development Agreement for future phases of the Foothills Subdivision, approximately 17 acres of property near 600 East and 100 North.
