Oak City Town Election Notice Notice is hereby given that the year 2025 is an election year for the offices of one four-year Mayor position and two four-year Council positions. If an Oak City Town Primary Election is necessary, it will be held August 12, 2025 with an Oak City Town General Election on November 4, 2025 if needed. A Candidate must be a US citizen, at least 18 years old, a registered voter with no felony convictions, and a resident of Oak City Town for at least 12 consecutive months prior to the November 4, 2025 election. The filing period will be June 2, 2025 through June 5th 2025 between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. with the last day of the filing period being June 6th between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. A Declaration of Candidacy form or Nomination Petition must be filed in person with the Oak City Town Clerk anytime during the filing period At the Oak City Town Office located at 30 West Center Oak City, Utah.
