- NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL ELECTION NOVEMBER 4, 2025 Pursuant to Section 10-3-301(2)(a) of the Utah Code, notice is hereby given that the Municipal Offices in Altamont Town, Utah to be voted on in the 2025 Municipal General Election are: - Mayor - to be elected at-large to serve a four-year term. - Town Council Members - to be elected: o One-Two-year term (to fill a mid-term vacancy) o Two - four-year term A primary election will be held, if necessary, on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. The general election will be held on November 4, 2025. Candidate qualifications are as follows: - Eligibility requires being a registered voter in the Town of Altamont. - Residency in the Town of Altamont for a continuous period of 12 months prior to the election date is necessary. - Individuals must not have any felony convictions, nor should they have been convicted of treason or any election-related crimes. - A declaration of mental incompetence must not be in place.
