- Notice is hereby given to the members of the Hildale City Council and the public, that the City Council will hold a public hearing as part of the regular meeting on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.(MDT), at 320 East Newel Avenue, Hildale City, Utah 84784. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input on a proposed interfund loan in the amount of $677,762 from the Sewer Fund to the General Fund for fund stabilization. The General Fund will repay the Sewer Fund over a period of 10 (Ten) years, with interest at a rate consistent with the State Treasurer's investment fund rate or a United States Treasury note of a comparable term. This interfund loan will be documented through a written agreement specifying repayment terms and interest, as required by Utah Code § 10-6-132. The public is invited to comment on this proposed transaction. All interested persons are invited to attend. Written comments may be submitted to recorder@hildalecity.com.
