- PUBLIC NOTICE FOR ELECTION OF ONE (1) TRUSTEE FOR SANDY SUBURBAN IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SALT LAKE COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of Trustees of Sandy Suburban Improvement District, Salt Lake County, Utah, that an election will be held on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4th 2025 FOR THE ELECTION OF ONE (1) TRUSTEE TO THE BOARD OF SANDY SUBURBAN IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT. Each person seeking to become a candidate for the elective office shall file a Declaration of Candidacy form with the District Clerk (8855 South 700 West) during office hours (7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.) between Monday, June 2nd 2025 and no later than 5:00 p.m. Monday June 9th 2025. See Utah Code Annotated 176-1-306. Candidate qualifications are: 1. Be a U.S. Citizen at time of filing 2. Be a registered voter 3. Be a resident of Sandy Suburban Improvement District IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Board of Trustees of the Sandy Suburban Improvement District, Salt Lake County, Utah has caused this NOTICE to be given as required by law.
