PUBLIC NOTICE OF 2025 MUNICIPAL ELECTION MAYOR AND 2 TOWN BOARD POSITIONS TO BE FILLED Pursuant to Section 10-3-301(2)(a) of the Utah Code, PUBLIC NOTICE, is hereby given that the Municipal Offices in Kanarraville Town to be voted on in the 2025 Municipal Election are: (1) Mayor Position - 4-year term (2) Town Board Positions - 4-year term If necessary, a Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. The Municipal General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Interested Kanarraville Town residents may declare their candidacy in person with the Town Clerk from Monday, June 2, 2025, through Friday, June 6, 2025, between the hours of 8 am to 12 pm at the Kanarraville Town Offices, 40 South Main, Kanarraville, UT 84742. Interested candidates must meet the following qualifications: 1. Registered voter in Kanarraville Town. 2. Must have resided within the Town of Kanarraville for at least 12 consecutive months immediately before the date of election. 3. Must maintain a principal place of residence within the town boundaries, and within the district that the elected offer represents, during the officer's term of office. 4. Not convicted of a felony, treason, crime, or offense relating to elections. 5. Cannot have been declared mentally incompetent.
