- NOTICE OF HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday May 08, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following: - Recommendation for a zone text amendment to Section 11-11-060: Accessory Buildings and Structures; for the purpose of modifying the rear yard coverage limitations and allowing for consideration of additional coverage as a Special Exception. The complete public notice is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; www.utah.gov/pmn/, the Farmington City Website; farmington.utah.gov, and at Farmington City Hall.
