Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on a zone change request by Steven M. Anderson, represented by Taylor Wharburton, for property located at approximately 800 N to 860 N on 300 W Parcel #: XA00-0814-, for approximately 3.04 acres from R1-H (Residential 1 acre holding) zone to the R1-1/2 (Residential 1/2 acre) zone with associated animal rights for the purpose of a 3-lot, single-family, residential development with 1/2 acre lots, and animal rights. A map of the area is available for review during regular office hours at City Hall.
