Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on a zone change request by Terry Messersmith (Mt. Peak Development, LLC, a UT LLC) represented by Kaleb Washburn, for property located at approximately 200 E to 500 E and 1500 to 1650 N Parcel #: XA00-2129-121, and a portion of XA00-2129-1211 (Southeast corner) for approximately 22 acres from R1-H (Residential 1 acre holding) zone to the R1-1/4 (Residential 1/4 acre) zone for the purpose of a single family residential development with 1/4 acre lots. A map of the area is available for review during regular office hours at City Hall.
