Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL MAY 2, 2025 11:00 AM Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Approval of the Kelcie Cove Subdivision, a 12-unit twin-home development to be located in the 1200 S 400 E area in the R2 Single/Two-Family Residential Zone. This meeting was noticed in compliance with Utah Code 52-4-202 on April 29, 2025. Agendas and minutes are accessible through the Springville City website at www.springville.org/agendasminutes.
