- Hawthorn Academy Annual Board Meeting Calendar 2025-2026 Below are the tentative Hawthorn Academy Board Meeting dates for the 2025-2026 school year. These dates are subject to change and additional meetings may take place. All meetings will be posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice website at least 24 hours in advance. September 10 at 8:45 AM West Jordan Campus October 8 at 8:45 AM South Jordan Campus November 12 at 8:45 AM West Jordan Campus January 14 at 8:45 AM South Jordan Campus February 11 at 8:45 AM West Jordan Campus March 11 at 8:45 AM South Jordan Campus April 15 at 8:45 AM West Jordan Campus May 13 at 8:45 AM South Jordan Campus June 10 at 8:45 AM West Jordan Campus Please note that meetings will generally be held at 9062 S 2200 W West Jordan, UT 84088 or 1437 W. 11400 S. South Jordan, UT 84095 Meetings may also be held electronically (HUB: 9062 S 2200 W West Jordan, UT 84088) or at different locations as specified by the Board of Directors.
