Description/Agenda: Board Member Filing Information 2025 Declaration of Candidacy for the purpose of electing two trustees for the Johnson Water Improvement District must be filed in person at the district office (3748 West Highway 87) Monday through Friday, June 2, 2025, to June 6, 2025, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, then on June 9, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The offices coming open for election are: one trustee from Precinct #1 (Upalco/Ioka) and one Trustee at Large. Candidate qualifications are as follows: Must be a be a U.S. Citizen, must be a registered voter, must be a resident of the District: his/her primary place of residence must be within the area boundaries of the precinct to be represented.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Karen Ashby at 435-722-2620.
