PUBLIC NOTICE 2025 Notice of Municipal Election Notice is hereby given that there will be a municipal general election November 4, 2025, for the following offices: Mayor 4-year term Council Member 4-year term Council Member 4-year term If a primary election is needed, it will be held on August 12, 2025. Qualifications for becoming a candidate are: 1. Be a United States citizen at the time of filing 2. Be at least 18 years old 3. Be a registered voter of Sigurd Town 4. Be a resident of Sigurd Town for a period of 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the election. 5. To not be a convicted felon, unless the right to hold elective office has been restored.
