- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Bluffdale City Council at a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on a request by the City of Bluffdale for approval of a resolution authorizing the use of eminent domain to condemn part of a parcel of real property (53,769 square feet more or less) located near 14600 S. and 1000 W. (Parcel No. 33-11-326-008) owned by William J. Newman for the improvement of 14600 S. In addition to attendance in person, if you have any comments or concerns, there are several additional ways to participate in the meeting as follows: 1.
