Notice is hereby given The Mayor and City Council of Helper City, A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting On the 1st day of May 2025. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. Agenda 1- Call to order. 2- Pledge of Allegiance. 3- Roll call. 4- Public Comment. 5- Approval of the minutes from the April 3, 2025, meeting and the special meeting held on April 15, 2025. 6- Discussion and possible approval of the proposed annexation petition by Blackhawk Ranch. 7- Discussion and possible approval of local area consent for July 19, 2025, by Finley Resources. 8- Discussion and possible approval of Helper Site Agreement for Public Safety radio communication services. 9- Discussion and possible approval of Helper City covering half or part of the sewer line project due to water line installation error. Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads. Closed session. Adjournment: The public is invited to submit questions or comments 24 hours before the meeting on agenda items only by calling (435) 472-5391 or emailing bheilesen@helpercity.gov. I Billie Heilesen, Helper City Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the 29th day of April 2025 at City Hall, helpercity.gov, and the Utah Public Notice Website. The agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours before such a meeting.
