11.1 ORDINANCE - Ken Garff - Amending Article 22-5-3(A) and the zoning map of
the City of Orem by rezoning the properties located generally at 134 East 1200
South and 110 East 1200 South from Single Family Residential (R8) to Commercial
(C2) (approximately 1.05 acres).

The City Council moves to approve or deny, by ordinance, amending 22-5-3(A) and the
zoning map of the City of Orem by rezoning the properties located generally at 134 East
1200 South and 110 East 1200 South from Single Family Residential (R8) to
Commercial (C2) (approximately 1.05 acres).
11.2 PUBLIC HEARING - ORDINANCE - Whitestone Estates - Amending Article 22-
5-3(A) and the zoning map of the City of Orem by rezoning the property located
generally at 710 West 2000 South (Wilkerson Farm) from the OS5 zone to the R8
zone (approximately 14.01 acres).

ORDINANCE - CARE Tax Distribution for FY 2025-2026
Presenter: Brandon C. Nelson, CPA, Finance Director The City Council hereby authorizes the distribution of Fiscal Year 2025-2026 CARE Tax revenues to the organizations and projects and in the amounts set forth in Exhibit 'A'.
