Declaration of Conflicts Legislative Review 1. Public Hearing: Review and action on a rezone request by Donald Mendenhall for 1.99 acres from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-1-15 (Residential). The property is located at 2132 West 800 North (Parcel #: 14-059-0006). The City's future land use map identifies the eastern 1/3 of the parcel (approximately 0.70 acres) for commercial zoning (PZ), and the rezone request includes an amendment for this portion along with the rest of the property to be identified for future R-1-15 residential - Ordinance 25-03Z 2. Public Hearing: Review and possible action on text amendments to Title 28, Clinton City Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 28-7 Planned Residential Development (PRD) Overlay Zone regarding modifications to setback and garage requirements for single-family and townhome structures - Ordinance 25-04Z Discussion Items: 3. Discussion of possible Zoning Ordinance (Title 28) amendments (discussion items only - no action will be taken): Section 28-3-9(2) Residential Chickens. Review of an ordinance survey of various cities relating to minimum lot size, setbacks, maximum number of chickens and permit requirements. Other Business 1.
