PUBLIC HEARING
Please be advised that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC
HEARING on WEDNESDAY, May 14, 2025, at 7:05 p.m. at 75 West Center Street, the
Fillmore City Council Chambers, concerning a public hearing to receive public comments.
- To receive public comments regarding an amendment to the Fillmore City Municipal
Code Chapter 7B Residential 2 to include town homes up to 4 units as an allowed use
and to include standards such as buildable lot size, setbacks, and animal rights.
- Regarding a possible zone change of parcel F-MM-68, it is located approximately 200
South to 500 South and1100 West to 900 West. Specifically known as Mustang
Meadows Subdivision, it is currently zoned as residential 2. The zone change is to
become a Light Industrial Zone to comply with the surrounding environment and the
Fillmore City General Plan
