Description/Agenda: The Town of Genola Planning Commission hereby gives notice of a public hearing Thursday May 1, 2025 scheduled to begin at 7:00pm in the Genola Public Safety Building located at 455 N Main St. in Genola. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a proposed zone change petition from A-1 Agricultural Zone to the R-1 Residential Zone for the property owned by LKBD investments parcel #29.035.0171 located at approximately 366 S 800 E in Genola. Notice is further given that if the zone change is recommended by the planning commission the Genola Town Council will hear this item at the May 21, 2025 town Council Meeting to commence at 7:00 pm. The Meeting will also be held at the Genola Public Safety Building at 455 N Main St. in Genola.
