Description/Agenda: The Town of Genola Planning Commission hereby gives notice of a public hearing on Thursday May 1, 2025 scheduled to begin at 7:00pm in the Genola Public Safety Building located at 455 N Main St in Genola. The purpose of this hearing is to gather public input on amendments to no longer require paper plans and instead of have everything electronic, to require a ResCheck, Manual J, gas schematics, and Soils Reports for all new homes, among other changes. Notice is further given that if the Planning Commission approves the changes, the Genola Town Council will hear this item at the May 21, 2025 Town Council Meeting to commence at 7:00pm. This meeting will also be held at the Genola Public Safety Building at 455 N Main St. in Genola.
