NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, May 6th, 2025 as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible.
The purpose of the first hearing is to consider an application for a 2 Lot Subdivision submitted by Kent Withers to subdivide. 3.281 acres (142,920.36 sq. ft.) of property located at 6171 S. Holladay Blvd. in the R-1-43 Zone, which has a minimum lot size of 43,560 sq. feet. The request is to subdivide the existing property containing 1 lot with 1 dwelling units into 3 lots, a net increase of 2 residential lots, which are required to meet the minimum lot standards detailed for properties within the R-1-43 Zone, found in § H.C.C. Title 13 Chapter 13.14.040.
The purpose of the second hearing is to consider an application for a 4 Lot Subdivision and Planned Unit Development submitted by D. Rennie to subdivide. 1.65acres (71,699.76 sq. ft.) of property located at 4890, 4888, and 4880 S. Floribunda Dr. and 2830 S. Sleepy Hollow Dr. in the R-1-10 Zone, which has a minimum lot size of 10,000 square feet. The request is to subdivide the existing property containing 2 lots with 2 dwelling units into 4 lots, a net increase of 2 residential lots.
The proposed amendments available for public inspection on the City's website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours.
The public can remotely watch the Live Stream of the meeting. To provide a public comment or to comment on any public hearing, you have the following options:
