- Call to order: Mayor Alfred C. Bigelow Regular Council Meeting Agenda Items: 1. Discussion and consideration regarding proposed rezoning of approximately 17 acres of property near 600 East and 100 North from Residential 1 to Residential 3. 2. Discussion concerning Sanpete County Fire Protection Agreement. 3. Continuing Business. a. Annexation request from Jeff Gallagher. b. Request to ease square footage and 2nd floor restrictions in 'Accessory Dwelling Unit' code (17.40.040). c. Historic Preservation Commission. d. Short-term rental ordinance. e. Inland Port project. 4. Councilmembers reports: Jen Christiansen Jeff Killian AJ Mower Mary Pipes Mary Wintch 5. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 6. Mayor Bigelow. 7. Consideration of approval for minutes of prior meeting. (April 2nd Regular Meeting) 8. City Manager Kent Barton. 9. Closed Session - for discussion (if needed).
